ESTHER-RENNAE WALKER is a writer/creative producer/facilitator from London.

Inspired to create stories where she could see herself and her community honestly and imaginatively represented within the world of storytelling, she’s committed herself to creating the change she’d like to see. This desire for change feeds into the various strands of her practice.

Her work as a creative producer focuses on platforming stories on stage and on screen that directly respond to underrepresented communities and curating culturally rich and socially impactful experiences. She is currently commissioned under Havering Changing to create and deliver a creative project for local underrepresented communities.

Esther-Rennae’s writing pays homage to the communities, places, triumphs and losses that make her identity. In 2023 she was a recipient of the Art’s Council DYCP Award and is currently developing her debut play, Places Of Me - shortlisted for the 2024 Mustapha Matura award.
